Dental Crown & Veneer Warranty Policy at Delia International Dental Clinic

Please read this Warranty Policy carefully before undergoing any dental treatment or using services at Delia International Dental Clinic. This policy outlines how warranty coverage is applied to dental restorations, including crowns and veneers, and defines the rights and responsibilities of both the Dental Clinic and the Customer.

Warranty Policy Overview

General Commitment

Delia International Dental Clinic recognizes the importance of providing high-quality dental restorations and long-term patient satisfaction. Delia International Dental Clinic offers warranty coverage for specific dental services, including porcelain crowns and veneers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Dental Products”).

This Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the principles regarding warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures applicable to Customers (patients receiving treatment at Delia International Dental Clinic, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). By proceeding with treatment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all Dental Products provided by Delia International Dental Clinic. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of material and service package selected by the Customer.

In certain cases, specific services or materials may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or limitations, which shall supplement and form an integral part of this Policy.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty provided by Delia International Dental Clinic covers defects related to materials and technical failures under normal usage conditions, including:

• Cracking or fracture of dental crowns or veneers
• Material defects from manufacturing or laboratory processes
• Failures directly related to clinical installation

Warranty duration is determined based on the selected service category and may range from limited-term coverage (e.g., 10–40 years) to lifetime coverage, as specified at the time of treatment.

Notes:

• The Original Price and Promotional Price (per tooth) apply to both single-tooth treatments and package cases.
• USD conversion is based on the market exchange rate at the time of payment, unless otherwise specified by the accounting department.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain validity of the warranty, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:

• Attend periodic dental check-ups as recommended (typically every 6 months)
• Maintain proper oral hygiene practices
• Follow all post-treatment care instructions provided by the dentist
• Use protective dental devices (such as night guards) when prescribed

Failure to meet these conditions may result in partial or full voiding of the warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

This Policy does not cover damages or failures arising from:

• Accidents, trauma, or external physical impact
• Improper use, neglect, or poor oral hygiene
• Natural wear and tear over time
• Teeth grinding or clenching without protective measures
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or treatment performed outside Delia International Dental Clinic

Warranty Claim Procedure

In the event of an issue covered under warranty, the Customer must:

1. Notify Delia International Dental Clinic promptly
2. Visit the Dental Clinic for examination and evaluation
3. Allow the Dental Clinic to determine the cause and eligibility of the claim

Based on the assessment, Delia International Dental Clinic may provide repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Policy Updates and Modifications

Depending on operational, technical, or legal requirements, Delia International Dental Clinic reserves the right to amend or update this Policy without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” section of this document.

Continued use of Delia International Dental Clinic Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We are using the best material from Germany, Switzerland such as 3M… for Crowns made by CAD/CAM with 10 – 20 years’ warranty certificate. Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Dentium Implant.

All On 4, All On 5, All On 6 Hybrid Prosthetics Bridge:

• 01 year warranty on the high-impact acrylic bridge with Co- Cr metal bar casting framework.
• 05 years warranty on the permanent high-impact IvoBase acrylic bridge with Co-Cr metal bar CAD/ CAM framework.
• 05-years warranty on Full block porcelain bridge with Co – Cr / 100% Titanium metal bar casting CAD/ CAM framework.
• 05 years on Porcelain bridge with Co – Cr or 100% Titanium metal bar casting CAD/ CAM framework and 12 – 14 full ceramic Zirconia CAD/ CAM (each tooth separately)
• 05 years warranty on a porcelain bridge CAD/ CAM PEKKTON or Full contour Zirconia casting framework and 12 – 14 Full ceramic Zirconia CAD/ CAM (each tooth separately).

Porcelain All On 6  Bridge (cement restoration):

• 05 years warranty on A Porcelain Bridge with Full Contour Zirconia CAD/ CAM Framework and 12 – 14 Full Ceramic Zirconia CAD/ CAM (each tooth separately).

• 03 years warranty on dental fillings.
• 03 years warranty on removable partial and full denture.

• Implant root: a lifetime warranty for customers who have had implants placed at Delia International Dental.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

All warranty terms in treatment require that the patient have regular check-ups, scaling, and follow-up appointments every 3 – 6 months.
In the following conditions, the warranty may modify or cease to be valid:

1. There is no warranty for periodontal disorders or bone loss caused by a variety of factors such as age or other medical conditions.
2. There is no warranty for smoking patients.
3. There is no warranty for patients who have unfavorable systemic illnesses impacting their oral health, such as endocrine disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc.
4. Undiagnosed allergies and medical issues prior to dental operations.
5. Poor oral hygiene both before and after treatment.
6. Injuries caused by extreme stress (crunching teeth , clenching teeth…) or accidents: traffic accidents, labor accidents….
7. No warranty applies to patients who have a healing abutment and/or abutment and/or porcelain crown placed on implants, as well as all removable and fixed prosthetics placed in other clinics and/or by a doctor who is not affiliated with The Delia International Dental Clinic .
8. There is no warranty for patients who do not re-examine and clean their teeth every 6 months.
9. There is no warranty for bone grafts, sinus lifts, periosteal grafts, gum grafts, or connective tissue grafts.
10. There is no warranty for prosthetics on implants (porcelain crowns, porcelain bridges, acrylic bridges, and so on) that patients have had done by other dentists.

Refund Policy

The refund policy is only in effect during the warranty period, and no refunds will be issued beyond that time.

There will be no refunds for any treatment that is not performed by the doctors at Delia International Dental.

For implants: Will rebuild a new one or replace the old one with other treatments, but the total cost won’t be more than what it cost to make the first implant. If the patient can’t get the implant or other treatments or keep getting care at Delia International Dental Clinic because of health or outside factors, they will get a return of up to 50% of the total cost of the initial implant.

For closed sinus lift, open sinus lift, bone graft, tissue graft, membrane graft : If failed, the equivalent treatment procedure will not be performed and will not be refunded in cash.

For fixed and removable dental restorations, porcelain crowns, porcelain bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, removable dentures, etc: Will be redone with new restorations or will be replaced with other equivalent treatments. The amount is not bigger than the original cost of Delia International Dental and is non-refundable.

All other treatments: Will be renewed or replaced with other equivalent treatments for an amount not bigger than the original cost by Delia International Dental and are non-refundable.

In the event of a dispute, both the patient and The Delia International Dental Clinic  will settle the dispute in accordance with Vietnamese laws and The Delia International Dental Clinic ‘s rules.
