The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable throughout our entire treatment. While there was a slight language barrier (we are from Australia 🇦🇺) everyone was kind, professional, attentive, and welcoming. What I especially appreciated was how clearly they explained every step of the process along the way, making sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable before proceeding.
I genuinely felt cared for rather than just treated like another patient. Their attention to detail, communication and level of service was something else.
