From the very beginning, Sarah from the Marketing team was incredible. She took the time to go over my procedures in great detail, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident even before arriving in Vietnam. Sadly, I wasn’t able to meet Sarah in person during my trip, but I truly appreciate everything she did to help make this journey possible.
Once I arrived, Athena at the reception was amazing! She was so accommodating, welcoming, and attentive. She was always making sure I was comfortable and taken care of while I was in Hanoi. Being so far away from home, that level of care really meant a lot to me. ❤️
And of course, Dr. Son — I can’t say enough about his work. He is incredibly talented, detailed, and truly a perfectionist. He takes his time and pays attention to the smallest details, always making sure that I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about achieving the best possible result for my smile. 🦷✨
What really stood out to me was how the entire Delia team works together. Everyone supports one another, communicates, and works as a team to make sure the patient feels cared for from beginning to end. You can feel that everyone is committed to making the experience as smooth and positive as possible.
Traveling from Hawaii to Hanoi for dental treatment was a huge journey, but Delia made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the entire experience.
